Who doesn't love pancakes? With fall in the air (almost) lets spice things up with the spice of the season. Pumpkin! These plant based pancakes are delicious and can be made a head of time for a quick on the go breakfast.
Makes 3 Pancakes.
2 Scoops of Plexus Lean Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
-Peel 2 bananas and cut into thirds
-Add bananas, Lean, Pumpkin Spice and Cinnamon into blender and mix to smooth.
-On low-medium heat, pour batter onto skillet for desired sized pancakes.
-Once bubbles appear around edge of batter, flip pancake and continuing cooking for 3-5 minutes.
-Top with banana and chocolate chips and enjoy!
